Living in Canada I had doubts ordering my ring from so far away. After a while of sending constant emails, to which I received a response to everyone of them within a day. I could see that JR Jewelers was honest, courteous and very reliable. So I ordered my special ring and with less than a week of me ordering it. It had arrived. The ring is very beautiful and my girlfriend said "yes." There was a sizing issue, which was my fault. My fiance wasn't to keen sending it back. However the reassurance and "the above and beyond" customer service that both Josephine and Bob delivered. We sent it back and within 3 days it was back on her finger. Having worked for Disney, I'm use to giving excellent service. Never have I ever received it more here, I will defiantly do business with them again.

I owe a HUGE thank you to Bob for my wedding ring. I ordered my ring at the last minute and realized that I had selected the wrong finish when I received it just a few days before my wedding day. I called and Bob said that if I overnight the package, he would work on the ring that morning and send it out by 12 noon for next day delivery. The ring came 2 days before the wedding and it was absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Bob was patient, sincere, and professional throughout this entire ordeal and I will never forget it! Thank you!!
