What is your Return Policy?
At J.R. Jewelers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item purchased from us within 30 days after the receipt of the merchandise under the following provisions:
Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1-800-724-0740, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
In order for us to process your return accurately and efficiently, we ask that you include with your merchandise, the return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping package, or we will not accept the return. Please do not mark on the package any such words as JRJewelers.com, jewelry, diamonds, or any other term relating to the content of the package in order to protect against possible theft during shipping.
All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, diamond certificates, gem reports, and all other original shipping papers and packaging.
All sales are final on custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items and cannot be returned.
Returned merchandise will be inspected by J.R. Jewelers prior to issuance of refunds. You will receive an email notification that the return process has begun. Any returned merchandise must be in it's original condition, undamaged and unused. The security tag must be in place and intact. We are not able to accept any jewelry item for return that has any indication that it has been used, damaged, or that does not have the original tags attached (has not been removed at any time).
Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid (via Federal Express, UPS or U.S. Mail - Registered Delivery), and insured for the full purchase price to:

The full cost of the returned item will be refunded, excluding shipping and insurance costs, and less a $25 minimum restocking fee to cover handling costs. What are my Payment Options?
J.R. Jewelers accepts payment in credit cards, debit cards, personal check, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check or wire transfer.
CREDIT CARDS
J.R. Jewelers gladly accepts credit cards, and your payment can be made through our convenient shopping bag! All transactions are
absolutely safe! Our secure server encrypts your credit card information during transmission to protect your privacy. We gladly accept
the following credit cards:

DEBIT CARDS
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card, but a charge to your
debit card electronically debits funds directly from your bank account. However, your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your
debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from
processing your order.
If you are unsure of your debit card daily charge limit, kindly contact your bank prior to initiating the charge and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit. If we attempt to debit an amount greater than your daily allowance, it may adversely effect your account!
CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS (Sent through the mail)
J.R. Jewelers also accepts personal checks, business checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated
in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on
the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or

Please Note: If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. Paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 15 business days from the day we receive your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $30.00.
WIRE TRANSFERS
If you wish to place your order via wire transfer, you will receive a 1.5% discount. A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting
your bank to have funds moved from your bank to ours and is available for orders of $250 or more. It works on the same principle as your
debit card, but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. We'll send you the easy instructions.
It may require a few days for your bank to transfer your funds.
Please Note: You are responsible for any wire transfer fee that is imposed by your bank to do the wire transfer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, J.R. Jewelers ships outside of the United States upon receipt of funds made via wire transfer. Kindly contact us via

How will my jewelry be Shipped?
At J.R. Jewelers we truly value our customers and therefore we provide free shipping with every purchase! Unless specified, we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Federal Express (FEDEX) Ground, or United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail. All items that we ship are sent fully insured at no additional cost to you.
All of our items are shipped in beautiful gift boxes. We also offer free gift wrapping for all orders, just check the box for free gift wrapping at the time of placing your order.
For your security, your merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. We are not able to ship items to P.O. Boxes.
We provide rush delivery at an additional charge. That charge will be computed and added at the time of placing the order. The following is a list of our express services and fees:

Delivery typically arrives within 4-8 business days, though individual products list an amount of time that the product ships in. For example: if a product is available to "ship in two to three days" that means that the product you are viewing will ship within two to three business days, with business days being Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm eastern standard time.
For your convenience when using your credit card, J.R. Jewelers can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company or financial institution. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. Please be sure that JR Jewelers is authorized to obtain this information when calling your credit card company or financial institution.
