Q. Is it safe to buy jewelry over the Internet?
A. Yes. Like many other major online retailers, J.R. Jewelers takes advantage of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your I information, so ordering quality jewelry from J.R. Jewelers is the fun, worry-free experience shopping online should be. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information when ordering.
Q. Is gift wrapping available?
A. Yes. Gift wrap is available at no additional cost to you. Just let a J.R. Jewelers representative know. Our friendly staff is always ready to help.
Q. Is it safe to mail jewelry?
A. Since we ship our jewelry by carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS Registered mail, the incidence of loss is generally no greater than with any other item you might ship. In addition, all orders are shipped fully insured.
Q. Will my jewelry come in a box?
A. Yes, all items are shipped in a box.
Q. What shipping method will be used?
A. We ship our jewelry by U.S. Postal Service, and carriers like Fed Ex and UPS
Q. What if I do not like my item?
A. Simply return it within 30 days for a prompt refund in full, less any handling and shipping charges. For security purposes, please insure your return package against loss in transit. Please note: restocking fees may apply (please see "Returns" under Policies).
Q. How do I know my finger size if I want to place an order?
A. Determining a finger size can be very difficult, especially when it is a ring that you will be wearing forever. J.R. Jewelers offers a free finger sizing kit and is more than happy to walk you through the process of determining the most accurate finger size for you. Just let a J.R. Jewelers representative know that you need assistance in determining your size. Our friendly staff is always ready to help!
Q. What if my ring size is not listed?
A. Please send us an email from our "Contact Us" section or "Product Feedback" from any individual product page, and we will be glad to let you know if we can size it for you!
Q. What if, for example, I want a radiant cut diamond as my center stone, but the ring that I like is shown with a round diamond?
A. Almost every J.R. Jewelers engagement ring can be made to accommodate the center stone shape and size of your choice.
